1. Pending Evaluations and Sessions
– For any pending letter evaluations or speaking sessions, kindly notify DAT Academy during the active session. After a session concludes, we won’t be able to accommodate any pending evaluations.

2. Extra Letters or Cards
– Should you need additional letters or cards beyond your course package, you can request them. However, please note that these extra materials are subject to an additional charge.

3. Rescheduling Sessions
– If you wish to reschedule a session, please inform DAT Academy within one week of the session’s scheduled start. Late rescheduling requests may incur a deferral fee.

4. No-Refund Policy
– DAT Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy. We recommend reviewing our offerings thoroughly before enrolling.

5. Maintaining Respect and Collaboration
– We take great pride in fostering a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate communication is strictly prohibited.

6. Responsible Use of Course Materials
– Our course materials and content are intended for personal learning. We kindly request that you avoid sharing, reproducing, or distributing our content without explicit consent.

7. Access to Lectures Drive
– Access to our lectures drive will be granted against the email address provided during registration. Please ensure accurate and up-to-date information to receive the content efficiently.
